The villa is spread over 4 levels in terraces, creating different living and leisure spaces such as a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and petanque court.

The main house is located on the first level, offering a 100m2 living space as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms with terraces, one of which has an 8-seater Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Wonderful moments of relaxation await you!

The second terrace is dedicated to the (heated) swimming pool area with sun loungers, while the studio with the 6th bedroom is located on the 3rd level, still facing the sea.

Finally, the last terrace is devoted to the petanque court for unforgettable evenings at sunset. Les Issambres are 35 minutes from Cannes and 40 minutes from Saint Tropez.

The location is ideal for discovering or rediscovering our beautiful region.

Barbecue Maintenance : After enjoying a good meal, please clean the barbecue for the next use. Make sure to properly extinguish the fire or gas, clean the grill, and empty the grease collector if necessary. A clean barbecue ensures a pleasant experience for you and future guests.

Clean Dishes : For the comfort of all, we ask our guests to wash the dishes used during their stay. A clean and tidy space contributes to a positive rental experience and reduces the risk of pests. We thank you for your understanding and help in keeping the kitchen welcoming and hygienic.
